Your missionAnalyse existing project information from technical and permitting point of viewConduct permitting technical processes for project developmentCreate and provide project deliverablesSupport origination of renewable energy projects (Solar PV and PV+BESS)Contribute to M&A activity in the Barcelona hub for the polish marketCoordinate and be responsible for work-streams (e.g., technical, legal, financial Due Diligences, etc.)Coordinate negotiations and deal structuring with potential developers and partnersCoordinate and carry out tenders for Project Rights M&A transactionsEnsure economic viability of each ProjectKeep informed on key market developments and industry news/events/regulatory frameworks to quickly identify changes Your profileBachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or related fieldA minimum of 3 years of experience with strong background in renewable energies developmentGood networking skills and connections will be a plusEntrepreneurial and proactive personality, with strong negotiation skills, team spirit and hands-on approach, who thrives on a challenge and is goal orientatedFluency in Polish and English is required, Spanish will be considered a plus What we offerIndependent work in a dedicated teamA growing, international company with a start-up mentalityWorkplace in a central location with good transport connectionsOpen and friendly working atmosphere unsolicited application
