We are looking for a Project Development Manager to join our Development Department in DARGON ENERGY .

Position Summary: The role is focused on development of Wind, PV and BESS projects in Spain from early stage through the investment decision and handover to the construction & operations team following DARGON ENERGY standards and project management guidelines.
Funtions & Responsibilities: Reporting to Head of the Business and Development Department.
Support in the internal approvals and procurement process.
Support in the Co-development and Development of PV, Wind, Storage and Hydrogen projects from greenfield to RTB status and COD Status.
Manage the permitting process including the preparation and/or review of the documentation for EIA (Evaluación de Impacto Ambiental) and Permits, the relationships with all the involved authorities and bodies, the representation of the interests of DARGON ENERGY with the different authorities.
Build and cultivate relationships with owners of land parcels effected by the assigned projects in order to establish and maintain a positive link with the local communities in the interest of the project success.
· Manage directly and/or by coordinating external consultants all the activities related to the assigned project, including site pre-selection and environmental constraints analysis, wind potential assessment, layout definition and optimization.
Supervision of the permitting process of new plants under development.
egalization of Assets at COD.
Collaboration with other internal departments.
Requirements: Bachelor on engineering, renewable energy background, will be highly valuable.
Demonstrate performance orientation, self-motivation to drive the business, increase performance and deliver results 3-4 years of experience in permitting process, having participated in the development and acquisition of renewable assets (Wind and PV), utility-scale .
Experience in project development processes in Spain, including land acquisition, environmental permitting, administrative procedure, distribution/transmission grid and interconnection.
Experience in RTB and COD regulatory status and legal process.
