Representing one of the most innovative and fast-growing clean energy companies, Leap29 is seeking a Project Developer to contribute to impactful projects across Iberia and Italy, with a focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).This is your chance to be part of a company that is transforming the energy landscape with cutting-edge solar and storage solutions.Key Responsibilities: Support the development of BESS and solar-plus-storage projects, including site selection, permitting, and interconnection.Assist in stakeholder engagement with landowners, developers, authorities, grid operators, and off-takers.Contribute to financial modelling and assess the economic viability of projects.Coordinate inputs from internal teams (Legal, Technical, Finance) and external advisors throughout the project lifecycle.Stay informed on industry trends and regulations to identify new opportunities.Key Skills: 3+ years of experience in renewable energy project development, particularly in BESS or solar energy.Familiarity with permitting processes, grid codes, and regulations in Iberia and Italy.Proven ability to assist with site assessments, feasibility studies, and stakeholder coordination Fluent in Spanish and English (Italian is a plus).Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail.If you're excited about this opportunity and ready to take your career to the next level, apply today!
