.Iconiq Innovation's Project Delivery team provide Innovation, Business, Market and Project Management services to our clients and partners. We work directly through commercial contracts and as a partner within government funded projects.Our focus is on maximising the outcome of projects and delivering success for our clients. Our areas of expertise include Innovation Management, Project Management, Dissemination and Communication, Intellectual Property, Market Analysis, Business Support, Tech Scouting and Access to Finance.We operate in a flexible manner, with project teams being built from consultants across our businesses in the UK and Spain and our Europe-wide network of associates. The Project Delivery team work closely and in collaboration with our in-house Proposal Writing team.The Role:We are seeking highly motivated, proactive and results-driven individuals to join our team as Project Delivery and Exploitation Managers. You should have excellent Project Management and Business skills with significant experience of R&D&I projects funded through Horizon Europe and/or other public funding mechanisms.The successful candidate will manage multi-partner collaborative projects and/or contribute to exploitation, dissemination and communication activities.The position will be home based but with membership access to co-working space. The candidate will be based in Madrid or Barcelona as we plan to build hubs around these cities alongside our established hub in the UK Midlands.Some European travel will be required for company and project meetings, training, networking events, conferences and various team-building and fun activities.We are looking for candidates who have a thorough understanding of the Horizon Europe program and a strong track record of delivering successful projects within this framework.Responsibilities (variable and dependent of specific project):Support and work closely with the Project Coordinator and Technical Lead by Project Managing Horizon Europe and/or other funded projectsUndertake project Administrative, Financial, Contractual, Quality Management and Reporting activities.Project Manage and deliver Iconiq project work within funded or commercial contractsCoordinate and communicate with project partners, including research institutes, universities and industry and wider stakeholder and collaborative networksUndertake, and where required lead, Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation tasksEnsure compliance with Horizon Europe or other national/international program rules and regulationsRequirements:At least 5 years of experience in technical R&D project management, with a proven track record of managing successful Horizon Europe projectsA Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.G. science, technology, engineering, social sciences)
