And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.Job DescriptionPosition Purpose: The primary focus of this position will be to provide analytical & technical support to deployments, monitoring and analysing Track & Trace (RAD) projects in the Southern Europe Region.Major/ Key Accountabilities:Support the PMO Initiatives in technical & analytical tasks to deploy track & trace flow illumination projects to identify patterns & anomalies that drive corrective actions.Prepare ad-hoc reporting that communicates project results in a clear manner.Manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques.Contribute to the production and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.Continuous improvements initiative to drive automation of processes & reports.Support the team in processing/cleansing/verifying the integrity of data.Support technical tasks in order to extend analytical ecosystems among Retail & Commercial Teams.Track and communicate progress across a range of existing and future projects.Qualifications:Essential Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in Engineering, computer science, telecommunications, or other technical related field preferred.Experience:Data Management & BITechnology-driven product developmentSupply Chain & Operations background.Skills & Knowledge:Business Intelligence & Data Visualization Tools: PowerBI, Tableau or similar.Intellectual curiosity, Tech passionate, Good Communication skills.Teamwork and Data-oriented personality.Basic project management skills.Basic coding: DAX, Python, R and SQL is a plus.Basic AWS or Azure experience is a plus.Languages: Spanish & English.Preferred Education: Degree and equivalentPreferred Level of Work Experience: 1 - 3 yearsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are committed to developing a diverse workforce in which everyone is treated fairly, with respect, and has the opportunity to contribute to business success while realizing his or her potential.
