Job Summary: Provides a range of administrative support for project execution according to business needs.
Job Description: Schedules resources according to project requirements and might handle free agents as well as travel management.
Schedules the project workflow in the forerun of larger projects.
Ensures that required documents or approvals are provided.
Supports the information flow in client handling.
Creates and updates project files.
Coordinates on-site requirements.
Tasks optionally included: Monitors the status of certificates.
Creates orders or supports order processing.
Issues invoices.
Other duties as assigned.
Education: Vocational Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
