We principally develop civil works and railway infrastructures, and also operate in renewable energy, concessions, edification and industrial projects. At this time and due to the growth of our business, we need to incorporate in our offices located in Madrid a:PROJECT COORDINATOR / PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER WITH CHINESEThe selected person will have, among others, the following responsibilities:Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.Monitoring project deadlines are met.Providing administrative support as needed.Undertaking project tasks as required.Travelling (Project auditing) in and out of Spain will be expected if necessaryRequirements:Fluency in Spanish and Chinese as a must.
