Each of our 100+ offices has its own individual identity, and each also has its own unique rewards.Role ResponsibilitiesWith the guidance from their direct supervisor, Project Coordinators are ultimately responsible for the quality of work, profitability and performance of their team members, but are not responsible for personnel decisions.Oversee all aspects of project coordination (scheduling, sourcing, testing, and management of all data, personnel, and resources) from hand-off through project completion to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.Communicate with other teams within our company, primarily Recruitment, Human Resources, IT, and Operations.Identify and mitigate risks.Review final product and at various stages of process to ensure quality and accuracy.Strengthen excellent relationships with contractors.Identify and source new vendors with the right profile for each project.Manage pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures; research and resolve payment issues.Juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Role Requirements: Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMust possess a sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure.Possess a high degree of pride in solid, quality work.Detail-oriented.Must be extremely comfortable with new technologies.Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and communicate with all the teams involved in order to ensure the successful completion of each project.Role Requirements: Education and / or ExperienceBS / BA required or equivalent work experience.1 year minimum experience in Project Management.Preferred Role RequirementsKnowledge of Project Management standards (PMI-PMP ACP / APM-APMP).Understanding of Product Development cycles.Experience managing data annotation services.Recruitment experience.Fluency in more than one language.
