About the JobEQT Partners are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workplace Project Coordinator to join our Workplace team and support our office projects in various international locations. In this role, you will assist the Workplace Project Manager in managing multiple office fit-outs, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
You will work closely with architects, designers, vendors, and contractors to bring new workspaces to life and enhance our global footprint.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination: Support the Workplace Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of international office fit-out projects from concept through to completion.Vendor Management: Manage and coordinate with multiple vendors, including general contractors, architects, interior designers, and furniture suppliers, to ensure timely and quality project delivery.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and other consultants to ensure alignment with design standards, project goals, and brand consistency.Budget and Timeline Oversight: Assist in maintaining project budgets, timelines, and schedules, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations or risks.Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits (as needed) to monitor project progress, ensure adherence to specifications, and address any on-site issues that arise.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, tracking deliverables, timelines, and costs. Provide regular status reports to the Workplace Project Manager and senior leadership.Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and company standards.Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve project-related challenges, escalating issues when necessary to keep the project on track.Candidate ProfileEducation: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally with leading firms within commercial office fit-outs, construction, or related fields.Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects across different time zones.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with international teams and vendors.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
