Project Coordinator (m/f/d) REQUISITION ID: 8539 LOCATION: Tajonar, ES, 31192 DEPARTMENT: Engineering MISSION: Project coordination and tracking in PM/EPC planning department TASKS: Scheduling of main component demands according to project needs. Follow up on not configurable options with the relevant engineering departments. Release, monitoring and adjustments of timelines throughout the project phase. Monitoring, regular actualization and adjustment of project supply timelines. Communication of supply timelines and related topics to relevant stakeholders. Coordination of interface meetings with all relevant parties. Coordination, synchronization of activities to avoid bottleneck situations and conflicts. Monitoring and posting of main component. As a project coordinator you will report directly to the Team Lead Project Planning Tracking. YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor or Master degree, preferable in industrial engineering, economics or technical education with relevant work experience. Experience in working with SAP/R3 or similar SAP systems (MM/PP/PS/CO/SD), and preferably also with PCT/Windchill and/or Teamcenter. Very good Excel skills. Very good English skills. Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented working. Very good communication skills, strong planning and organizational skills. Project management experience beneficial. Intercultural understanding, ability to work productively in multitask teams and team player attitude. Availability and willingness to take on temporary contracts.
