As a result of the rapid development of our business and the opening of new offices in Europe and Asia, we are able to provide you with numerous opportunities to shape your successful career and develop or acquire new competencies in logistics.Join our team in Madrid as a Project Coordinator (Industrial Project Logistics Division)!Main responsibilities:Coordinate a seamless flow of cargo from the point of contractual origin to destination, including commercial and technical offers preparation support; Ensure the implementation of all transportation and freight expenditure ahead of actual movements in accordance with the preset criteria; Implement working procedures alongside the adopted shipping, consolidation, and logistics strategy; Verify and evaluate the technical suitability of the proposed method of transport and identify the Required-On-Site (ROS) date for the material and equipment released for shipment; Attend project progress meetings and meetings at clients' or suppliers' facilities when requested by the Project.Our expectations:2+ years of experience in Project Logistics or FCL transportation; Experience with logistics operations management in the Oil & Gas industry will be an advantage; Proven knowledge of the freight forwarding industry; Knowledge of Project Cargo transportation; Exceptional problem-solving skills; Proactive approach;Ability to work both individually and in a team.We offer:Opportunity to develop and increase your knowledge due to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment; Salary: negotiable; Individual onboarding plan and tutor; Professional developmentand challenging tasks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
