Join our team in Madrid as a Project Coordinator (Industrial Project Logistics Division)!

Main responsibilities: Coordinate a seamless flow of cargo from the point of contractual origin to destination, including commercial and technical offers preparation support;Ensure the implementation of all transportation and freight expenditure ahead of actual movements in accordance with the preset criteria;Implement working procedures alongside the adopted shipping, consolidation, and logistics strategy;Verify and evaluate the technical suitability of the proposed method of transport and identify the Required-On-Site (ROS) date for the material and equipment released for shipment;Attend project progress meetings and meetings at clients' or suppliers' facilities when requested by the Project.Our expectations: 2+ years of experience in Project Logistics or FCL transportation;Experience with logistics operations management in the Oil & Gas industry will be an advantage;Proven knowledge of the freight forwarding industry;Knowledge of Project Cargo transportation;Exceptional problem-solving skills;Proactive approach;Ability to work both individually and in a team.We offer: Opportunity to develop and increase your knowledge due to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment;Salary: negotiable;Individual onboarding plan and tutor;Professional development and challenging tasks.
