We are looking for you as a Project Coordinator Fairs & Events at DB Schenker AG in Barcelona.
Role Mission Coordinate exhibition operations, including customs clearance, transport logistics, and overall project management. Collaborate proactively with the sales team, managing customer inquiries via phone and email. Oversee a dedicated portfolio of customers, markets, and exhibitions to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Your tasks: Coordinate the creation of orders related to fairs and events. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing support to exhibitions. Occasionally develop offers for defined customers, markets, and exhibitions portfolios. Handle exhibitor lists and conduct phone acquisition for prospective customers for fairs and events. Supervise exhibitions onsite, including travel as needed. Coordinate customs clearance procedures for exhibitions and events. Assist in generating proposals and enhancing customer engagement within the fairs and events sector. Your profile: Academic background: Diploma, Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service. Experience in operations or traffic is desirable. Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Intermediate level. Availability to travel.
