The Project Coordinator will report to the Director of the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center.
Due to the growth of IE's international entrepreneurship initiatives, we are looking for a candidate who can support the organization and operation of the Center's activities.
In close collaboration with the Director and the associate directors, the Coordinator will assist with the daily management of programs such as the International Venture Days, the Venture Lab (IE's incubator), events, and other related initiatives.
The role will also involve contributing to the growth strategy, as well as managing communication and administrative tasks.
ResponsibilitiesYour role as a Project Coordinator will involve: Help with the organization of International Entrepreneurship Programs, Venture Days, and Startup Competitions.Coordinate operational issues with international stakeholders (accelerators, investors, keynote speakers, and public organizations).Help with the communication and marketing tasks of the Center.Research activities in different entrepreneurial ecosystems.Support with the daily management of the administrative tasks.Assist with internal and interdepartmental coordination tasks.QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should have: Bachelor's degree in a related fieldBilingual, or advanced proficiency, in English (written & oral).Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and in an international environment.Outstanding organizational capacity and strong project management skills to provide support on logistics, event planning, etc.Problem-solving Rockstar.Great communication skills.Marketing and/or Audiovisual Communication knowledge would be a plus.If you want to be part of this educational revolution, we invite you to apply and be part of our amazing team at IE University.
