Descripción del trabajo: We are looking for a project coordinator responsible for managing and organising all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
The responsibilities of a project coordinator include working closely with our project manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including project resources, timelines and budgets.
You will perform a variety of coordination tasks, such as risk and schedule management, along with administrative duties, such as maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and time management skills, as you will be working with clients and internal teams to deliver results on time.
Ultimately, the duties of a project coordinator are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
Responsibilities Coordinates project, resource, equipment and information management activities Breaks down projects into achievable actions and set deadlines Collaborates with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives Assigns tasks to internal teams and assist with diary management Ensures that client needs are met as projects develop Assists in preparing budgets Analyses risks and opportunities Oversees project procurement management Monitors the progress of projects and deal with any problems that arise Acts as a point of contact and communicate project status to all project stakeholders Collaborates with the project manager to remove obstacles Uses tools to monitor work schedules, plans and expenses Issues all appropriate documentation (e.g.
