Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator with strong organizational abilities to manage job fulfillment, focusing on efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction.
This role requires experience in coordination and a proactive approach to problem-solving within an operational support environment.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule repair teams, ensuring efficient dispatch.
Serve as the main contact for customers, maintaining high service standards.
Collaborate with field teams to ensure readiness and resource availability.
Monitor job costing, material usage, and manage invoicing.
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing coordination role, ideally in roofing or construction.
Proficient in English; Spanish-speaking preferred.
Familiarity with Zoho, WhatsApp, Slack, and billing software like Square.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
