This is a temporary assignment for three months, based in our Barcelona offices.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute fielding plans for all quotas that require external assistance.Communicate with Sermo's global network of vendors to kick off, advance and ultimately resolve top-up engagements.Fine tune and revise calculations and actions taken by the RTP Fielding module.Catalog and report on sub-optimal vendor selection decisions made at Bidding.Refine sub-optimal fielding alert/trigger thresholds in RTP Fielding module.Monitor exception-based reporting for CAWI/SONY quotas, developing recovery plans as needed.Coordinate with Client-facing staff when client approval for changes is required for any quota.Ensure clear, actionable communication and delivery of projects, working together to exceed client expectations for service quality and timelines.Think of new ways to improve vendor performance, internal communication, and technology around top-up, working always to increase panel performance while reducing top-up costs.Prepare, deliver, and improve on SOPs governing Sermo's delivery methodology on project fielding & top up.Essential Qualifications and Experience Required:Fluent in English, written and spoken.Proficient usage of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Willingness to acquire knowledge on new technologies.'Role Specific' Technical Skills or Knowledge Required:High level of personal initiative.Excellent organizational and time management skills with solid attention to details.Multitasking, ability to work well under the deadline pressure.Outgoing - confidence to speak with and cold call healthcare professionals.'Soft' or general skills required:Quick problem solving.Proactive.Well-organized.Punctual
