You will be co-piloting with the project managers all the financial aspects of the projects and be the counterpart to the Financial Controllers.
Also, you will be responsible for quarterly IFRS closings on project level (PL and balance sheet items, percentage of completion).Main duties/responsibilities Financial Governance of Project calculation scheme Margin / PL calculation and simulation (with Project Manager).Controlling of local and consolidated calculation perspective of a project.Support Project Managers at all project-related financial aspects.Support Project Managers for commercial offer at request for quotation.Cost, sales and margin analysis Check and make plausible of planned and booked costs / hours / revenues (delta analysis).Monthly financial reporting.Early warning for budget overruns, initiate and track countermeasures together with project manager.Cash flow calculation on project level.Responsible for monthly / quarterly / year-end IFRS closings on project level Creation of reconciliations / bridges (e.g.
between quarterly closings, management adjustments etc.
).Checking of balance sheet items on project level, if necessary corrections in SAP (inventories/WiP, advance payments, receivables, provisions).Accounting Governance of projects (IFRS local GAAP).
Definition and tracking of project financial KPIs.
What-if-analysis, root-cause analysis, project-/ portfolio scenarios.
Risk management governance and risk cost assessments.
RequirementsStudies in business administration or business engineering.At least 3 years of Project Controlling experience.IFRS accounting rules (PoC calculation, cost-to-cost method, construction contract, revenue over time vs. on time).ERP experience (SAP FI, CO, PS, SD).MS Excel / Office.High level of English proficiency
