Your Responsibilities and Tasks: Supervise projects from initiation to milestone tracking and cost management, maintaining contact with Project Managers.
Control and setup joint projects in Iberia and projects from Iberia abroad. Lead alignment with GEA Tax central department and act as the point of contact with local tax advisors in each country for the creation, tracking, and control of Permanent Establishments, tax registrations abroad, currency insurance, guarantees, taxation, and audits abroad, in collaboration with tax and general accounting managers.
Coordinate billing and collections with SSC Finance in collaboration with finance collection managers and other business areas.
Prepare and review periodic or custom financial reports required by operational management based on financial and analytical accounting.
Support financial reports and audits, taking responsibility for specific parts and reporting for one of our reporting units.
Provide support to the accounting manager and tax manager with various departmental tasks, especially those associated with projects.
Your Profile and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration. A double degree in Law/Business Administration is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in similar roles in international environments.
High level of English, both spoken and written.
Knowledge in financial project management, accounting, and international taxation.
Experience in SAP; experience in SAGE is a plus.
Experience in Foreign Trade.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
