To achieve this, we carry out rigorous selection processes that ensure it. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Control Manager to join our team. The Project Control Manager will be responsible for managing project costs, schedules, and budgets to ensure that projects are completed within scope, on time, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management and Planning & Cost Control, with a focus on project controls. whose main function will be:Direction of Project Control Team assigned to the project (planning, cost and RROO)Develop and maintain project cost, schedule, and budget plans to ensure that project objectives are met.Identify and mitigate project risks and develop risk management plans.Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to project stakeholders.Collaborate with project teams to identify and address project issues and develop solutions.Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on timeInteraction with project control Stakeholder to ensure TR requirements are incorporated into project systems and to ensure the coordination of Schedule and project control of the project.Schedule analysis, identification of potential claims and development of schedule inputs into contract claim support.Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, change requests, and status reports.Provide guidance and mentoring to project team members.Skills/Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field.PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.At least 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on project controls and proven experience through all project phase to ensure a global vision of the project from design to start up.Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including Earned Value Management (EVM).Experience with technical and economical evaluation of different technical solutions (value engineering) along with the implication in project cost, schedule and risks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This includes the ability to clearly convey information to team members, stakeholders, and upper management.Leadership is required to lead and motivate their team to achieve project goals.
