JOB Description:
CUSTOMER COACH - you will have the skills and ability to demonstrate that you can:
Build expertise with focus on the customer - have the curiosity and eagerness to be close to trends and innovation and to develop and make this expertise available for customer solutions. From Service transaction to Customer journey, can assess the client's situation, fundamental wishes and needs, also in unstructured context, and to add more value than the customer expected throughout the full customer journey and over omni channels. Have the ability to collaborate effectively without boundaries (across teams, countries, languages, tools) colleagues, customers and network with his/her expertise, confidence and style. YOUR ROLE: To support the Corporate IT and Data Solutions Team in the delivery of Digital Transformation Programmes, Operational Effectiveness, Continuous Improvement (CI) and Guaranteed Customer Experience across SD Worx.
To navigate, drive and lead business teams in the rollout of digital transformation projects, utilising Lean and Agile methodologies, working with key business teams / units and their nominated Single Points of Contact (SPOC). Responsible for supporting the business' CI initiatives throughout all areas of the business to maximise the business benefit of digital transformation and change programmes as and when identified. Taking responsibility for ensuring identified business benefits are realised and maintained.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Provide leadership in Corporate IT and Data Solutions Team programs, ensuring stakeholders are engaged throughout the project, constantly incorporating feedback to ensure effectiveness. Aggregate and share success stories Demonstrate a focus on waste reduction, process improvement and creating value for internal and external customers. Undertake statistical and data analysis when required to drive and demonstrate improvement initiatives. Express good judgment to select appropriate techniques and methods for attaining results. Support the delivery of operational and cultural improvements in business teams Act as a role model, where the teams going through change, can embrace the new ways of working and make improvements quickly Drive analysis, challenge of current state and push thinking on aspirations Participate and lead workshops and discussions Assess the capability requirements to enable change, provide training and coaching where needed Track organisational specific KPI's and provide support with any challenges in this respect. Ensure that project plans are documented, communicated, reviewed, and evaluated on a periodic basis Follow up on impact, continuous improvement and report progress or deviations Participate in change management and perform role as leader in championing lean methodology.
