Job Title Project Commissioning Manager

Purpose of the job - Manage the T&C team
- Collaborate with the V&V manager to define the V&V strategy to be applied in lab and on field
Responsibilities Responsible for the QCD commitment of the T&C Work Package
Pro-actively manages the internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial and Warranty, and the external interfaces with Partners, third parties, and Customers.
Deploys T&C process on the field and ensures it is applied by the T&C team within the project.
Delivers T&C plans, procedures, method statements, and coordinates staffing and training of the T&C team.
Prepares and manages Test & Commissioning works on field - Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics.
Ensures the EHS compliance (Zero deviation), reports, and anticipates issues.
Manages the T&C team:
Ensures EHS on field with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination.
Trains and supports people in T&C activities.
Participates to Subsystem Leader, Engineer and Technician assessment of competency.
Manages the tools and organizes accurate calibration.
Anticipates issues and reports/alerts on a regular basis to the RC TCM and to the PM on progress, issues, and risks on the project (EHS, T&C work, System delivery).
Ensures that all design-related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context.
Monitors/manages QCD performance delivery (including EHS and Railway safety) of the work package T&C as per customer and solution/system requirements.
Issues the REX on T&C activities, and proposes updates/improvements of the T&C way of working/process/tools and the T&C Reference Library to optimize T&C performance.

Educational Requirements Mandatory: Master's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience.
Desirable: Any other additional language is an asset.
Experience Mandatory: More than 5 years of experience in T&C or V&V activities for signaling projects.
Experience of management by Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives.
Deep knowledge of multiple subsystems + system global view.
Interface with customer or partners and internally V&V, Design, Installation stakeholders.
Experience managing projects from T&C point of view.
Experience managing resources in projects of T&C.
Desirable: Previous team management experiences.
Knowledge of ALSTOM rules and processes.
Quality, EHS, and Railway safety knowledge.
