Could you be the full-time Project Commissioning Manager in Madrid we're looking for?
Your future roleYou'll specifically take care of managing the T&C team, but also collaborating with the V&V manager to define the V&V strategy to be applied in lab and on field.
We'll look to you for:
Responsible for the QCD commitment of the T&C Work Package.Pro-actively manages the internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial and Warranty, and the external interfaces with Partners, third parties and Customers.Deploys T&C process on the field and ensures it is applied by the T&C team within the project.Delivers T&C plans, procedures, method statements and coordinates staffing and training of the T&C team.Prepares and manages Test & Commissioning works on field - Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics.Ensures EHS compliance (Zero deviation), reports and anticipates issues.Manages the T&C team:Ensures EHS on field with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination.Trains and supports people in T&C activities.Participates in Subsystem Leader, Engineer and Technician assessment of competency.Manages the tools and organizes accurate calibration.Anticipates issues and reports/alerts on a regular basis to the RC TCM and to the PM on progress, issues and risks on the project (EHS, T&C work, System delivery).Ensures that all design-related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context.Monitors/manages QCD performance delivery (including EHS and Railway safety) of the work package T&C as per customer and solution/system requirements.Issues the REX on T&C activities, and proposes updates/improvements of the T&C way of working/process/tools and the T&C Reference Library to optimize T&C performance.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.

Master's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience.Good knowledge of English language (read, written, spoken).
Any other additional language is an asset.More than 5 years of experience in T&C or V&V activities for signaling projects.Experience of management by Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives.Deep knowledge of multiple subsystems + system global view.Interface with customer or partners and internally V&V, Design, Installation stakeholders.Experience managing projects from T&C point of view.Experience managing resources in projects of T&C.Desirable: Previous team management experiences, Knowledge of ALSTOM rules and processes; and Quality, EHS and Railway safety knowledge.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to fulfil the role of interface manager toward both customers and partners.Able to manage multiple teams in parallel.Quality-focused, rigorous, team-player.Flexibility and mobility, available for short or long missions in different locations and countries.Available to work on field also for night shifts.Resilience, with an analytic way of thinking in order to solve complex system failures.Customer satisfaction and results-oriented.Ability to use new technologies and tools.Driving license.Things you'll enjoyJoin us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
