You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.You'll plan and manage all Test & Commissioning activities for the project in support of the Project Manager ensuring application of the project's strategy (including QCD commitment) and compliance with métier strategy, policies, standards, local regulations and professional standards. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (project management, engineering) and much more.You'll specifically take care of managing the T&C team, but also collaborating with the V&V manager to define the V&V strategy to be applied in lab and on field.We'll look to you for:Responsible for the QCD commitment of the T&C Work PackagePro-actively manages the internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial and Warranty, and the external interfaces with Partners, third parties, and Customers.Deploys T&C process on the field and ensures it is applied by the T&C team within the project.Delivers T&C plans, procedures, method statements and coordinates staffing and training of the T&C team.Prepares and manages Test & Commissioning works on field – Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics…Ensures the EHS compliance (Zero deviation), reports and anticipates issues.Manages the T&C team:Ensures EHS on field with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination.Trains and supports people in T&C activities.Participates to Subsystem Leader, Engineer and Technician assessment of competency.Manages the tools and organizes accurate calibration.Anticipates issues and reports/alerts on a regular basis to the RC TCM and to the PM on progress, issues and risks on the project (EHS, T&C work, System delivery…)Ensures that all design related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context.Monitors/manages QCD performance delivery (including EHS and Railway safety) of the work package T&C as per customer and solution/system requirements.Issues the REX on T&C activities, and proposes update/improvement of the T&C way of working/process/tools and the T&C Reference Library to optimize T&C performance.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
