Could you be the full-time Project Commissioning Manager in Madrid we're looking for?
Your Future Role: Take on a new challenge and apply your testing & commissioning expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll plan and manage all Test & Commissioning activities for the project in support of the Project Manager, ensuring application of the project's strategy (including QCD commitment) and compliance with métier strategy, policies, standards, local regulations, and professional standards.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (project management, engineering) and much more.
Responsibilities: Responsible for the QCD commitment of the T&C Work Package.
Pro-actively manage the internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial and Warranty, and the external interfaces with Partners, third parties, and Customers.
Deploy T&C process on the field and ensure it is applied by the T&C team within the project.
Deliver T&C plans, procedures, method statements, and coordinate staffing and training of the T&C team.
Prepare and manage Test & Commissioning works on field – Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics.
Ensure EHS compliance (Zero deviation), report and anticipate issues.
Manage the T&C team.

Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: Master's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience.
Good knowledge of the English language (read, written, spoken).
Any other additional language is an asset.
More than 5 years of experience in T&C or V&V activities for signaling projects.
Experience of management by Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives.
Deep knowledge of multiple subsystems + system global view.
Interface with customer or partners and internally V&V, Design, Installation stakeholders.
Experience managing projects from T&C point of view.
Desirable: Previous team management experiences, Knowledge of ALSTOM rules and processes; and Quality, EHS and Railway safety knowledge.
