Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility.Job Title: Project Commissioning ManagerDuration: PermanentLocation: MadridPurpose of the job: Manage the T&C team and collaborate with the V&V manager to define the V&V strategy to be applied in lab and on field.Responsibilities:Responsible for the QCD commitment of the T&C Work Package.Pro-actively manage internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial and Warranty, and external interfaces with Partners, third parties, and Customers.Deploy T&C process on the field and ensure it is applied by the T&C team within the project.Deliver T&C plans, procedures, method statements, and coordinate staffing and training of the T&C team.Prepare and manage Test & Commissioning works on field - Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics.Ensure EHS compliance (Zero deviation), report and anticipate issues.Manage the T&C team, ensuring EHS on field with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination.Train and support people in T&C activities.Participate in Subsystem Leader, Engineer, and Technician assessment of competency.Manage tools and organize accurate calibration.Anticipate issues and report/alert regularly to the RC TCM and PM on progress, issues, and risks on the project (EHS, T&C work, System delivery).Ensure all design-related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including defect description and associated test context.Monitor/manage QCD performance delivery (including EHS and Railway safety) of the work package T&C as per customer and solution/system requirements.Issue the REX on T&C activities, and propose updates/improvements of the T&C way of working/process/tools and the T&C Reference Library to optimize T&C performance.Performance Measurement:Commissioning Work Packages Q-C-D.Savings through Risk mitigations and opportunities.Ratio between V&V and T&C tests.Compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards.Quality of anticipation, monitoring, and reporting.Educational Requirements:Mandatory: Master's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience. Good knowledge of English language (read, written, spoken).Desirable: Any other additional language is an asset.Experience:Mandatory: More than 5 years of experience in T&C or V&V activities for signaling projects.
