Could you be the full-time Project Commissioning Manager in Madrid we're looking for?Your future roleYou'll specifically take care of managing the T&C team, but also collaborating with the V&V manager to define the V&V strategy to be applied in lab and on field.We'll look to you for:Responsible for the QCD commitment of the T&C Work Package.Pro-actively manages the internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial and Warranty, and the external interfaces with Partners, third parties and Customers.Deploys T&C process on the field and ensures it is applied by the T&C team within the project.Delivers T&C plans, procedures, method statements and coordinates staffing and training of the T&C team.Prepares and manages Test & Commissioning works on field - Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics.Ensures EHS compliance (Zero deviation), reports and anticipates issues.Manages the T&C team:Ensures EHS on field with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination.Trains and supports people in T&C activities.Participates in Subsystem Leader, Engineer and Technician assessment of competency.Manages the tools and organizes accurate calibration.Anticipates issues and reports/alerts on a regular basis to the RC TCM and to the PM on progress, issues and risks on the project (EHS, T&C work, System delivery).Ensures that all design-related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context.Monitors/manages QCD performance delivery (including EHS and Railway safety) of the work package T&C as per customer and solution/system requirements.Issues the REX on T&C activities, and proposes updates/improvements of the T&C way of working/process/tools and the T&C Reference Library to optimize T&C performance.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.

Any other additional language is an asset.More than 5 years of experience in T&C or V&V activities for signaling projects.Experience of management by Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives.Deep knowledge of multiple subsystems + system global view
