You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.You'll plan and manage all Test & Commissioning activities for the project in support of the Project Manager, ensuring application of the project's strategy (including QCD commitment) and compliance with métier strategy, policies, standards, local regulations, and professional standards. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (project management, engineering) and much more.You'll specifically take care of managing the T&C team, but also collaborating with the V&V manager to define the V&V strategy to be applied in lab and on field.We'll look to you for:Responsible for the QCD commitment of the T&C Work PackageProactively manages the internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial and Warranty, and the external interfaces with Partners, third parties, and Customers.Deploys T&C process on the field and ensures it is applied by the T&C team within the projectsDelivers T&C plans, procedures, method statements and coordinates staffing and training of the T&C team.Prepares and manages Test & Commissioning works on field – Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics…Ensures EHS compliance (Zero deviation), reports, and anticipates issuesManages the tools and organizes accurate calibrationEnsures that all design-related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test contextMonitors/manages QCD performance delivery (including EHS and Railway safety) of the work package T&C as per customer and solution/system requirementsIssues the REX on T&C activities, and proposes updates/improvements of the T&C way of working/process/tools and the T&C Reference Library to optimize T&C performanceAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
