Job Description: Project Application Engineer - Process Automation Schneider Electric is leading the digital transformation of energy management and automation.

€25.7bn global revenue137,000+ employees in 100+ countries45% of revenue from IoT5% of revenue devoted for RD Main Missions The Project Engineer is responsible for: Execute technical part in automation projects Work multi-country Support automation offers projects Optimize solution with different SE technologies Responsibilities Fulfill project technical requirements Lead all technical disputes within the projects Offer new optimization to customers Follow technical scope changes in projects Follow timing of execution of projects to adapt to customer requirements Reuse engineering of previous projects to be more competitive Participate and lead technical part in Kick Off Meetings (KOM) of projects.
Know the competency in the market.
Act as Technical Leader on selected projects: responsible for design of HW, SW and technical compliance.
Shared responsibility on project margins and change orders.
Review proposals for applications in his segment, with attention to competitiveness, thanks to his technology and market knowledge.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and methods in all activities.
Ability to travel for customer meetings (e.g.
Kick Off Meetings), key project phases (e.g.
FAT) and commissioning.
