Project and Change Management Specialist - Supply Chain (m/f/d) RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, drive and coordinate global Supply Chain projects ensuring appropriate change management and implementation.
Understand, assess and drive future adoption of our Supply Chain processes, e.g.
by new technologies; evaluate the gaps to status quo and drive implementation together with our regional supply chain units.
Connect business and supply chain and derive and align measures and KPIs to achieve the desired performance.
Communicate and exchange on all levels of the supply chain organization as well as business management on pre-defined topics.
QUALIFICATIONS Work experience >5 years in supply chain and/or business functions.
University degree in business, supply chain and logistics, or related field.
Project management, Project leadership knowledge preferable; knowledge of Supply Chain Processes, ideally deeper knowledge of 1-2 processes.
Analytical skills for Process and Financial Key Performance Indicators; usage of appropriate data analytics tools.
People-oriented mindset.
Organizational awareness and communication on all levels of organization.
English, ideally second language like German, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese), Korean or Japanese.
