REQUIREMENTS: At least 3 years of experience. Experience as SAP HCM Consultant and ABAP Programmer required. Demonstrable experience in the parameterization of the Personnel Administration, Organizational Structure, and Payroll module. Experience in integrating SAP HR with other applications. Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills at functional and technical levels. Accustomed to requirements gathering, design development, scenario, and test case preparation. Teamwork, leadership, customer focus, results orientation, and commitment.
