JOB TITLE: Programme Planner
ROLE/PURPOSE: Produce the linear and VOD schedules for DreamWorks International
REPORTS TO: Director of Programming (London Office)
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the accurate entering and management of linear channel and VOD package programme schedules in the DreamWorks International Network Portfolio (specific responsibility for Netherlands, Africa and India) into our Scheduling systems.Assist Director of Programming and fellow Programme Planners on other Territory Channels, SVOD packages and FTA partner blocks when required.Close collaboration with other departments - Marketing, On-Air, Creative, Business Development, Operations, Compliance, Pres. Scheduling and Dubbing - in order to deliver programming and marketing priorities.Point of contact for TX Playout, Channel Affiliates, other lines of business.Process metadata and Schedule files for affiliates and marketing.Work with Director of Programming on managing and maintaining databases for inventory, Channel TX information, rights management and monitoring affiliate contract obligations.Work with Director of Programming, research and business development on future content plans and packages.KEY COMPETENCIES:

Programme/Presentation planning using scheduling systems (e.g. Landmark, Zeus, Vision, Mediagenix).Understanding of different viewing behaviour, regulations and cultural sensitivity in emerging markets.Microsoft Excel data management and PowerPoint skills would be a plus.Sound knowledge of the DreamWorks brand, passion for TV and knowledge of the kids' TV marketplace.In addition to the above, you may be required to perform other duties that fall outside your job title or main duties and over time, we would expect this role to evolve and develop in line with the business.
