.JOB DESCRIPTION PROGRAMME OFFICER Main Duties and Responsibilities · Programme Management: Supporting the elaboration, coordination and organization of the programme Developing the timetable of the programme for the entire academic year, taking into consideration the programme structure, professors' preferences and other stakeholders' availability (e.G.
external speakers), and of course student experience Updating the relevant programme documentation on a yearly basis Managing face-to-face classes, including room reservations, and ensuring a positive professor and student experience · Academic Trips & Events: Supporting the Deputy Director in the planning, organization, and execution of academic trips (large groups), including preparation, coordination with travel agencies, and accompanying the group during the trip Planning and executing programme trips (large groups), including budgeting and coordination with travel agencies and students Planning and executing programme events and ceremonies, including orientation and graduation Organizing events, which includes contacting the suppliers and audiovisual equipment for the filming of the events, reserving and organizing the event room and ensure that it meets the legally required requirements, passing attendance sheet before event starts · Professor and Course Support: Preparing the necessary materials for the delivery of classes, according to what is established by each professor Supporting professors as needed during the design, production and delivery phases· Liaising with professors/speakers on all administrative aspects of courses, e.G.
distribution of course material, timetables etc.
Supporting the management of the LMS platform and courses · Student Support: Providing students with a positive and excellent experience and act as their first point of contact Keeping track of students' class attendance Supporting the Deputy Director's communications with students Liaising with students on administrative aspects, e.G
