This role requires extensive experience in SAP implementations and a strong ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP programmes on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP programme delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project execution. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders. Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment. Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial targets are met. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project life cycle. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP programme management, with a proven track record of successful SAP implementations. Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration within business processes. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale SAP projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with global stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP.
