We provide these organizations with business information and support them in their project implementation.We are looking for...A Programme Manager Development Aid sector to manage and execute significant donor-funded assignments awarded to DEVAID LTD. The scope of these assignments is often the provision of recruitment services to the respective organizations. You manage teams of consultants responsible for hiring key personnel for a new country or regional organization.In addition to recruitment services, you may be involved in other assignments that include providing research and/or other project implementation services to our customers.The successful candidate will also source and identify relevant bidding opportunities for DEVAID LTD. After successfully identifying them, the candidate will coordinate the proposal with other team members, lead the recruitment process, and successfully assemble a bid, including all required communication.Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of MCC-funded and other donor-funded projects. These projects will be primarily managed remotely. However, some travel to the respective countries per necessity is anticipated.Lead project teams consisting of different consultants. Depending on the project, you may work with such specialists as recruitment specialists, market researchers, technical, sustainability, and other experts.Ensure that projects remain in scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements.Provide training and instruction on the use of project tools.Be the main point of contact in all communications with the customer.Prepare proposals, interview and hire qualified staff, and coordinate the bidding process for upcoming BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) assignments.Identify relevant assignments and prepare proposals for such bidding opportunities.Report to the program director weekly.Requirements:Proven experience in the international development sector (having worked for at least one international NGO, donor, or development agency).Proven experience managing projects remotely.Largely independent.Proven experience in the field of international development aid.Experience with managing and coordinating teams of consultants
