To help support, define & implement the new IT strategy for our Travel & Corporate Function team, we're looking for a talented person to join this brilliant team.Working in the Travel & Corporate Function Portfolio Management team, the Programme Manager will report into the Chief Information Officer and will play an integral role in gathering local demand, internal requests, and RFPs, as well as leading various new exciting projects, programs, and initiatives for the investment portfolio whilst overseeing governance management tasks.At AXA Partners we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. This role can be based in either Redhill, UK or Barcelona, with at least 2 days per week at the local office.What you'll be doing:Supporting the IT Strategic Plan within Travel & Corporate function driving business needs & future IT capabilitiesManaging a portfolio of projects establishing and reviewing of programme costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, programme resources & inter-dependenciesLeading and coordinating the IT business cases to assure the appropriate balance between benefits, opportunities, costs and risks following the group frameworksTracking that the IT budget performs as agreed with Travel & Corporate Functions and advising about budget alerts (actuals and budget forecast follow up)Working closely with local and central stakeholders to understand new projects and readiness for governance decisions and provide transparency of portfolio investmentsYour ProfileExpertise in leading complex and international initiatives with strong leadership skillsSolid experience of project portfolio management including project intake, resource demand planning, and budget managementProficient in stakeholder management and effectiveness to work with varying objectives diplomatically across teamsCapacity to organize and present project portfolio reports, proposals, and other related information effectivelyUnderstanding of customer orientation and business acumenWhat We OfferCompetitive annual salary of up to £75,000 depending on experienceAnnual company & performance based discretionary bonusContributory pension schemeLife Assurance (up to 4 x annual salary)25 days annual leave (rising to 27 days based on service)Free Motor Breakdown & Emergency CoverFree Travel InsurancePrivate Medical Insurance (taxable benefit)
