We are looking for a Programmatic Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience to be involved in all stages of display (desktop, mobile, rich media) and video campaign lifecycle, from pre-campaign planning, implementation and testing, to optimization, post-campaign analytics and recommendations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and operate the programmatic proposition across display, video, audio and outdoor.Help shape and coordinate the broader digital media solution.Ensure basics done brilliantly with high standards of service, accuracy, delivery and performance across programmatic display.Establish and maintain effective financial controls and processes such as robust operational pacing, KPI monitoring and accurate campaign reporting.Continually assess best practices and ways to improve optimization and client outcomes.Ensure the highest viewability standards and brand safety protections are in place.Maintain relationships with agency and client.Audit and control of performance and business metrics.Provide reporting and insight recommendations.Desired Skills & ExperienceExperience working with several DSPs such as DV360, TheTradeDesk, and Amazon.Good communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.Empathetic and collaborative person with a client-centric mindset.Organization and attention to detail are a must to thrive.Accountability and desire to work in a changing environment and fast-growing media agency.About UsMatterkind is a Kinesso company that supports Mediabrands and wider IPG agencies.
