About the department:The Marketing Department within BYD Spain is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to drive Spain performance and deliver results that drive business objectives.
Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.The Role:Key objectives and responsibilities:Plan and Implement digital programmatic plans and campaigns for Spain marketing teamOptimise and report on all campaigns – sharing results with wider teamWork with creative team to ensure best practice creative is usedAssist with quarterly and annual planning of marketing budgetsKey results:Web traffic and leads driven by media campaignsIncreasing engagement and performance of social media campaignsImproving brand awareness and image of BYD in SpainThe Person: This role will be focused on leading planning and delivery of programmatic trading for BYD Spain.
The Programmatic specialist will deliver on planning, set up, delivery or programmatic media campaigns, including optimisation and leading on trading.
The role will include planning campaigns, delivering media plans, strategic recommendations and identifying innovation opportunities.
The team is responsible for both Brand, Performance and Tactical campaigns.Your profile: University Degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines.Effective and fluent communicator in English & SpanishExcellent Microsoft office skills.Experience in programmatic media planning and execution of 360 campaigns.Understanding of media market and key media owners & DSPs, Youtube, Quantcast, The Trade DeskKnowledge of current digital media landscape and ability to optimize performance campaigns – particularly cookieless campaignsCustomer-oriented mindset.Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.Resilient and open minded.Results oriented.
