Reporting to the Programmatic Manager, you will create impact within our Paid Media team. We are one of the world's fastest-growing networks of accomplished individuals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Support the Programmatic Manager in planning, trafficking, building, optimizing, and reporting on Programmatic Display & Video campaignsPlan, execute, and manage Display & Video Media Campaigns in the Programmatic EnvironmentOptimize campaigns towards Client and Jellyfish KPIsCollaborate closely with Client Services & Account Directors to deliver operational excellence for our ClientsCreate analysis and insights for clientsEngage in learning and development as you progress in the role.Minimum Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in a Paid Media Discipline (Display, Video, Social, or Search) is an advantageStrong focus on accuracy paired with solid organizational strengthsProficient in handling tasks while optimizing time and prioritizing effectivelyExcellent data, analytical, and issue-resolution skillsExhibits strong relational skills, particularly in persuasion and attentive hearingPossesses strong customer phone and face-to-face skillsNumerate and articulateAnalytics & Reporting: Proficient in using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategiesProcess Improvement: Seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processesTeam Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributionsProblem Solving: Collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options and find practical solutionsNote: We emphasize skills, expertise, and behavioral attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
