We are looking for a highly motivated Programmatic Account Manager to join our talented Opera Adx team. The main responsibility of this role will be to day-to-day account managing our DSP and SSP partners as well as monitoring operations associated with partners across the Opera Adx network.
As a Programmatic Account Manager your role reports directly to the Programmatic Director while working alongside with the Account Managers, Engineering and Sales team.
Role and Responsibilities: Build, maintain and manage relationships with SSPs, DSPs, networks, and all demand sources, including proactively resolving business and technical issuesManage the on-boarding of new Partners including; RTB integration, database maintenance, training and documentation.Develop opportunities and strategies (account level and above) to increase our programmatic revenue,Manage all day-to-day communication and administrative operations associated with partners including but not limited to month-end billing review, deal setup, and troubleshootingWorking closely with our programmatic and engineering team to troubleshoot/resolve technical issues and provide the most optimal view and support to our partners.Execute joint business planning including strategic priorities on a day-to-day basisPull reporting, run analysis of data and provide insights to internal groups and partners based on findingsAnalyze the performance of partners and think of ways to increase spend.Job Requirements: Preferred 6+ years in a Programmatic DSP, SSP or Ad Network (highly preferred) handling Account Management, Account Strategist, Technical Services, Operations roleExpertise in working with oRTB, Header Bidding, SSPs, RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, and other optimization platforms is a plus.Understanding of how multiple systems work together in an open RTB environmentMust possess strong analytical, data-driven decision-making and strategic problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a very fast-paced and dynamic environmentSolid experience in Google Suite, Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets.Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Outstanding communication, project management, and presentation skillsIdeal Candidate's Profile: Competitive, driven, enthusiastic, and cooperative personality aspectsHave high attention to detail, possess an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, be a critical and strategic thinker and be self-motivated/proactive.Leadership with proven ability to identify opportunities, set priorities, and execute strategies to convert opportunities into real business.Great presentation and communication skills, both written and oral, alongside solid analytical and consultative skills.Ability to facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting processes, content, opinions.Ability to work in a very fast-paced and dynamic environmentHas the ability to absorb complex technical and commercial information
