.We are looking for a Program Management Officer to provide services to one of our clients, a multinational pharmaceutical company.TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES:Integrated Planning and Monitoring: Responsible for the comprehensive planning and monitoring of the program and its projects, creating a master Integrated Program Plan.Dependency and Resource Management: Identifies inter-project dependencies and creates a Resource Plan detailing roles and responsibilities.Continuous Plan Updates: Regularly updates the program plan based on changes in project planning.Financial Management Support: Assists in all aspects of Program Financial Management, including budget setting, tracking actuals and forecasts, and working with the Financial Controller.Vendor and Contract Management: Initiates the Vendor Contract approval process and manages accruals and year-end provisioning.Documentation and Proposal Contributions: Contributes to planning documentation, including the Program Contract and Business Case, and ensures informed Business Case and Integrated Plan.Project Contract Drafting: Drafts Project Contracts and collaborates with Project Managers to align contracts with plans.Document Management: Manages the program's documentation, including version control and access management on Shareroom sites.Meeting Coordination and Reporting: Organizes planning, status, and Steering Committee meetings, taking minutes and ensuring action items and decisions are tracked.Risk and Issue Management: Maintains the program's Risk Register, administers the Action / Issue Log, and escalates issues as needed, ensuring portfolio reports are accurate and up-to-date.What will make you successful in this role?Planning: Ability to create and monitor complex integrated program plans, ensuring dependencies are identified and effectively managed.Risk Management: Capable of supporting Program / Project Managers with risk identification and control, and administering the Program's Risk Register.Issue Management: Proficient in supporting the Program Manager in identifying issues that threaten the Program and administering the Program's Issue Register.Change Management: Supports the Program Manager by ensuring that changes to the Program are controlled and managed effectively.Stakeholder Management: Supports the Program Manager by ensuring stakeholders are correctly identified and their communication needs are met.Information Management: Ability to manage complex data flows, ensuring information management systems maintain the safety and integrity of the Program's data.MS Office Skills: Advanced skills required in MS Excel.MS Project Skills: Advanced skills required in MS Project.SharePoint: Competency in SharePoint (training will be provided if necessary).P360 (MS Project and UMT Tool): Familiarity with P360 (training will be provided if necessary).Microsoft Power BI: Advanced Power BI skills.Excellent English Language skills: (oral and written)
