You will be a key contributor to shaping our programs by equipping the business teams with the insights and tools to drive their business and ensure the highest customer satisfaction. The growth of the business and the increasing complexity of the European transportation network make this role an exciting, interesting, and very challenging proposition. Expect to get involved in supporting new projects and initiatives, driving engagement, and helping build plans for the future. You will have an eye for detail, experience in supporting tech product development and/or integration from requirement gathering, scoping, planning, and tracking of project phases. The role requires you to feel comfortable working with and clearly communicating with other functional teams (example: legal and compliance teams), regionally and globally.
ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end ownership of requirements gathering, documentation, planning, and reporting of technical solutions development for the Amazon transportation network.Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally across multiple teams in operations, technology, and planning to define strategic roadmaps while keeping the impact of the solution to all stakeholders in mind.Creating and implementing data-driven improvements to Amazon's transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products for our customers.Ability to deep dive and do root-cause analysis using data, and influence the creation of metrics-driven, actionable, and sustainable solutions for the future.Monitor product KPI's and analyze their drivers to determine the level and type of engagement required based on the risk to customer experience and utilization of technology.Experience in data privacy or security compliance in a highly technical environment.Have a record of delivery on privacy-related technology projects.Experience evaluating the design and effectiveness of privacy controls.Experience in working directly with auditors for compliance assessments.
