.DataForce by Transperfect – Barcelona, BarcelonaWork Location : Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid role)Work Schedule : Mon - Fri, during normal business hoursEngagement Model : Full-time EmploymentEstimated Start Date: ASAPTransPerfect is seeking a Program Manager to join our expanding team in Barcelona, Spain!Role SummaryThe Program Manager is responsible for the operational success of TransPerfect by promoting seamless team collaboration, engaging in process development, ensuring long-term program sustainability, and tracking and evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at a program-wide level.Role ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate various projects and strategic initiatives across TransPerfect, ensuring deadlines are met.Own the overall financial health of the program.Work with the Production Director and Senior Management to enhance processes, including evaluation of outsourcing performance and technology innovation.Establish operational benchmarks, timelines, and necessary resources to achieve strategic goals, recommending improvements as necessary.Take ownership of program-level performance reporting and improvement: analyze internal dashboards and monitor client KPI analysis.Set projects and programs KPIs, monitor and control them to align with client requirements, and take corrective actions as needed.Organize and integrate data to analytics and reporting tools, ensuring timely tracking of relevant data.Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing communication and setting achievable service expectations.Support strategic planning and implementation to improve customer satisfaction, quality delivery, process efficiency, and profitability.Engage with internal teams to design and implement new initiatives for process improvement and efficient workflows.Manage team performance, ensuring optimum utilization and providing constructive feedback.Establish and strengthen client relationships, supporting new business opportunities and revenue growth.Identify up-selling opportunities and trends to support the Sales team in maximizing revenue potential.Educate clients on processes and best practices, building strong relationships and trust in program services.Serve as an escalation point for individual projects and the overall program.Role Requirements – Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExceptional communication skills for verbal and written project updates.Ability to use platforms/systems for planning, organizing, and prioritizing projects.Resource planning skills for effective distribution of resources and budgets.Strong organization skills and ability to work under pressure.Effective use of planning tools and time management.Teamwork and collaboration skills for interaction with stakeholders.Problem-solving skills for effective analysis and creative solutions.Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.Knowledge of file management and administrative procedures
