You will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and success of our projects by leading and coaching agile teams.Responsibilities:Partner with product owners and development teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.Champion agile practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles (PI Planning, JIRA, Confluence).Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within and across teams, fostering a strong agile mindset.Assist with requirements analysis, breakdown, and tracking throughout the development lifecycle.Contribute to portfolio management by analyzing trends, prioritizing projects, and optimizing resource allocation.Manage risks, identify roadblocks, and propose solutions to ensure project success.Moderate meetings, provide coaching to stakeholders, and onboard new team members.Develop and maintain project documentation and reporting systems (internal & external).Track project progress, monitor adherence to scope and budget, and report on key metrics.Advocate for continuous improvement and strive to elevate project/product efficiency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
