The work you'll do:Automize data flow for company-wide People & Culture reportingConfigure and maintain the Workday People Analytics module and drive the tool's adoptionBuild dashboards and organizational health reports for People Business PartnersSupport and/or run deep-dive analyses on specific HR topicsConduct advanced data analysis, and identify patterns and trends in people dataCreate data visualisations and use data storytelling techniques to inform decision-making on people topicsCo-create the People Analytics strategy, manage strategic people projects, and take on an active role in the evolution from a reporting function to an analytics and insights-driven motionImplement best practices in People Analytics and stay current with industry trendsThe qualifications you need:A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; or comparable hands-on experience
