As a Program Manager - People Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in driving insights and strategic actions based on HR data. The work you'll do:
Automize data flow for company-wide People & Culture reporting
Configure and maintain the Workday People Analytics module and drive the tool's adoption
Build dashboards and organizational health reports for People Business Partners
Support and/or run deep-dive analyses on specific HR topics
Conduct advanced data analysis, and identify patterns and trends in people data
Create data visualisations and use data storytelling techniques to inform decision-making on people topics
Co-create the People Analytics strategy, manage strategic people projects, and take on an active role in the evolution from a reporting function to an analytics and insights-driven motion
Implement best practices in People Analytics and stay current with industry trends
The qualifications you need:
A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; or comparable hands-on experience.
5+ years of experience in People Analytics, Data Analysis, People Strategy, or a related field
Advanced skills in Workday, with experience in data structures, reporting, and People Analytics in the Workday suite
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders (including senior management)
Strong understanding of HR practices, principles, and trends
Hands-on mentality, independent way of working, high reliability and ability to work in an international team
Business fluency in English, both written and oral
