Our opportunityZurich's ServiceNow team is recruiting a Program Manager, who will be reporting to the Head of ServiceNow Program Delivery, Reporting and Analytics and will be:Working closely with multiple stakeholders within Zurich Group and operating across the organization.Leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects/programs within the ServiceNow roadmap with complex and multi workstream delivery plans.Responsible for the delivery of world class ServiceNow based solutions supported by a team of solution architects, business analysts, and developers.Your roleAs a Program Manager, your main responsibilities will involve:Program/Project Management:- Define, manage, and deliver complex technology projects/programs based on ServiceNow's platform and products suite including ITSM, ITOM, IRM, VR, HR, etc.- Manage the simultaneous delivery of a portfolio of projects and/or multi workstream programs from inception to closure.- Confirm project/program scope along with accompanying resource and financial models.- Manage project/program deliveries to time, budget, and quality, directly and/or indirectly through oversight of team members and their workload.- Manage and oversee program/project risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions.- Provide status reports on programs/projects and ensure all relevant governance processes are set up and maintained.- Ensure the program/project delivery team complies with Zurich standards and frameworks.Strategic Planning, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:- Contribute to the development and implementation of portfolio delivery roadmaps.- Build constructive and lasting working relationships with stakeholders, team members, vendors, and network of ServiceNow experts.- Operate as a trusted advisor to program/project stakeholders and Business Technology Solutions and Group Technology and Operations leadership teams.Continuous Development:- Challenge yourself to maintain your knowledge around the market segment, whilst developing technical breadth and depth of knowledge across numerous other areas.- Take a significant role in developing the capability of delivery teams, sharing knowledge, and supporting the development of other team members.- Operate as a member of the wider ServiceNow community, sharing knowledge across functions and building your personal network within the organization.Your Skills and ExperienceAs a Program Manager, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:5+ years project/program management experience of delivering complex technology programmes on time and on budget for large global organisations.Program/project management experience implementing technology enabled service management transformations (ServiceNow preferred but any complementary technology also considered).Demonstrable experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies with an industry recognised project management qualification e.g. Prince 2, APM Practitioner or Certified Scrum Master.ITIL Foundation Certification (V3 or V4 preferred).Demonstrable experience of managing multiple teams (onshore and offshore) of considerable size and breadth including managing external vendors as key stakeholders in overall project delivery.Strong leadership qualities and a passion for technology.The ability to build deep and lasting relationships with key stakeholders and team members to enhance the reputation of the ServiceNow team.Exceptional organisational skills - able to work without supervision.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities on multiple projects and initiatives.Can communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent, and clear to influence and align stakeholders around a proposed approach.Strong negotiator, influencer, and team player used to manage multiple stakeholders in demanding time-critical situations.Strong drive and resilience to overcome challenges or setbacks to achieve program/project goals.Passionate about areas of expertise, managing your own development by learning continuously from experience and seeking out development opportunities.Additional InformationAs well as a competitive salary and a yearly bonus, we offer a benefits package which includes:Option to work remotely within Spain even up to 100% - you choose.Flexible working hours.Wide range of internal and external trainings.Free English, German and Spanish classes depending on the needs.Ticket restaurant.Life Insurance.Pension Plan - after 1 year in the company.Referral bonus if you bring other talented people like you.Special banking and insurance conditions.Exclusive Employees discounts.Who we areLooking for a challenging and inspiring work environment where you can make a difference?
