We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team in London (UK) or Barcelona (Spain).
The Program Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating a portfolio of programs to achieve the Ex-US Real-World Data (RWD) organization's strategic objectives. This role involves strategic planning, partner & resource management, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
5-6 years of experience in program management or project management, with a proven track record of managing large, complex programs.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).

PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional) or other relevant certifications preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
What will you be doing in this role?
Project Management:
Oversee the execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring they adhere to the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executives, clients, partners, and team members.
Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure their requirements are incorporated into the program.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present regular program status reports to senior management.
Maintain comprehensive documentation related to program planning, execution, and performance.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program success.

You'll be reporting to our Product Manager based in the U.S.
You'll be part of an international and diverse team of 10 people located in Europe and the US.

Hours of work
This is a permanent full-time position. The position is hybrid, requiring attendance at our central office in London or Barcelona 2-3 times per week.
