.Tenity is an independent global innovation ecosystem and early-stage investor with offices in Zurich, Singapore, Madrid, Istanbul and Tallinn.Tenity is now entering a new growth phase - do you want to contribute to building a globally leading fintech innovation ecosystem and an early-stage investor by taking ownership and making a difference within the organisation?Key Task & Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of program milestones, ensuring schedules, logistics, and objectives are met.Facilitate key events, including workshops, mentorship sessions, and demo days, ensuring smooth execution and maximum participant engagement.Coordinate communication efforts, ensuring consistent and effective engagement with stakeholders such as mentors, investors, and partners.Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, and ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement value-added services that benefit both clients and startups.Monitor and assess program performance, using data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement.Strengthen the startup ecosystem by organizing networking events, fostering collaborations, and driving engagement through online platforms.Provide regular reports and updates to the Program Director, team members, and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.Your Profile Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Fluency in both English and Korean.Proven project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects involving diverse stakeholders.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building and maintaining productive relationships with founders, investors, and stakeholders.Passionate about emerging technology trends, with a strong ability to stay informed and adaptable.Experience working with startup programs or entrepreneurship is highly desirable.Priority will be given to individuals with an existing right to work in Singapore.Contractors or freelancers with relevant expertise will also be considered for this role.What we value Goal-oriented individual displaying a high level of tenacity and drive for excellence.Self-starter willing to take on responsibilities that improve operational efficiency and deliverable quality.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with founders and external stakeholders.Entrepreneurial empathy and respect for early stage startup founders.Ability to grasp and filter new ideas quickly and must have demonstrated great interest in the latest technology trends.Ability to manage multiple projects and execute processes while working with diverse and/or remote stakeholders.What we offer A shared vision: We are a community-driven movement that believes the future of finance is shaped through collaboration.
