To strengthen our team in León, we are looking for you as a PROGRAM MANAGER .
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the coordination of the feasibility analysis and all activities related to the onboarding of new CMO Clients. First feasibility assessment based on customers' process description.
Support the Management of new CMO customers and contract management.
Active collaboration in CMO product management incl. claims management.
Commercial Interface with CTT, supply chain, quality, production, safety, finance, among others.
Participate in the Project management of strategic or client-related projects.
Responsibility for new precision fermentation projects from feasibility to pilot plant entry and industrial scale-up.
Strong collaboration and alignment within the commercial team, mostly with program manager and business development manager.
Propose and follow up improvements in all areas related to his/her area.
To act as a technical and commercial interlocutor in the definition of strategic lines, applying a vision of the future and providing advice on their possible evolution.
Collaborate in the management, planning, and economic control of the projects in which it participates.
Detection and analysis of needs, preparation of proposals for improvement and risk analysis.
Your profile:
Science-based university education (Health Sciences, Chemistry, Food Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy).
At least 5 years of experience in the development, scale-up and production of biotech/precision fermentation products.
Commercial experience preferred.
Experience in international environments and markets.
Very high level of English, customer-friendly communication skills.
Customer orientation.
Ability to analyze complex scientific data.
Outstanding numerical reasoning.
Project management skills.
High level of proactivity, independence and analytical skills.
Understanding of the production process and product life cycle.
A clear team player being able to communicate and handle interfaces from very different disciplines.
